Well if anyone is looking for a place to start hosting their websites and servers the Ministry of Data in the UK is now offering hosting and co-location solutions out of a matrix of ex-cold war nuclear bunkers, I even beleive they have a fleet of NBC protected APC's to securely transport clients and data.
