at like 4am on a weeknight we used to go to freeway construction and take all of the cones (like 100+) and load them in the back of my friend's truck.

then we'd go to a major intersection and reduce each direction down to one lane.. so like the right 3 lanes from all 4 directions would be closed. in about an hour or two when morning rush hour hit there would just be straight up anarchy. traffic would back up for thousands of cars in each direction.

i dont think theres anything to regret about this.. its just as funny thinking about it now as it was then
