i've had a wonderful experience working with
StaffOffShore.com .... i had a great designer with them for several months and unfortunately he bounced on them (and me) but they got me back up with a new one with equal skills within about 3-4 weeks... they've made adjustments in my rates for lost time so i never feel ripped off. i'll be picking up a couple more key workers from them soon. definitely people u wanna work with
