That's pretty much what a waiver is. A written agreement to absolve all parties of litigation.

Like I told him in ICQ. It takes 2 seconds to forward an email, and 2 minutes to make and discuss the waiver.
But no, he wants to wait till end of July before it happens, so he can find an easy way out of the whole thing.
