i had one with iwebmasters, the worker was great but i dont think he was treated very fairly, which caused him to go and get a job somewhere else so i gave up. if you get a worker use a remote desktop program to monitor him. the shift manager i had was pretty crappy, but the remote desktop helps u monitor, and also you can see work and tell them if theres any changes easily.
