I hire and fire 1-2 outsourced employees every DAY, which is no BS and pretty much a standard biz day thing for me. If you need professionalism, you are much better off with a domestic coder, or you will turn into a nervwreck in 2 weeks. Like someone already said - their biz experience, level of english and ways of organizing things, is often beyond ridiculous. If you find one good employee for every 15 you hire - consider yourself lucky!
