Sloppy Joe burritos...take leftover sloppy joe hamburger mix, heat a skillet with a little butter and some diced onions, stir th hamburger meat into it, add a little hot sauce, when it's done spoon it into a huge tortilla (those green pesto tortillas rule) with a handful of diced tomato, shredded cheese, sour cream and some bacon bits, roll that fucker up and enjoy with an MGD or beverage of your choice...for added measure, add a little diced roasted serano (fuck jalepnos, seranos are much better and none of that shitty vinegar flavor, for the ultra-daring, saute up a little habenero and garlic with lime juice and a dash of olive oil).
