Firstly, you make out that he killed someone and deserves to die.
I bet he is some lonely computer geek with no life/girlfriend/friends/job living at home with his mom, overweight and has seen everything on the internet & his only pleasure in his shit life is masurbating & Food.
It does not make him a child molestor for looking at some pictures and wanking off, yes it is terrible stuff and can lead (sometimes) to people going out and doing bad stuff and I hate it just as much as you all do. But he did not hurt anybody he is most probably in a very sad depressed state and doesn't give a shit about his life.
I feel sorry for the guy cause he probably had a crap life before, now he has been kicked out of home and might do some jailtime.
Don't get me wrong I don't condone Child porn in any way but I believe the punishment should fit the crime. You kill someone here in Aussie you get about 8-10 years and then your free, you download some child porn and (hurt nobody else) and people think you should be shot dead! or at least goto jail for 5 years.
there ya go, I know I'm going to get flamed like shit for this statement but I say what I want. Once again I DO NOT condone child porn or think that he shouldn't be punished for what he did, I just think the laws should reflect the damage he did to society.
