a) How do you know he didn't contact the program?
b) Why? If one webmaster missed a notice, that's a problem with email or whatever. If they all did, that was policy. And the only way to find out - if perhaps in a slightly less accusing way until you know the answer - is to post on a board.
c) Why not complain about what has been a common phenomenon in the last few years, along with closing down and not saying anything and pulling sites or galleries and not saying anything. Charitably the few sponsors concerned haven't figured out there aren't enough hours in the day for us to visit their sites regularly. More likely they simply don't give a f*ck or care more about the extra couple of dollars they make than about being professional. Then again, the only reason I have to visit GFY is because if I relied on email from sponsors, I would miss half of what is new as well
