here's the topic started by famous circus clown Cheba, young faggot who was banned about 100 or 200 times on all russian boards. some boards even changed their registration policy to partially restrict access for Cheba. Unfortunately it's impossible to ban him permanently cuz this animal use various anonymous proxy servers so he has different IP every time.
after registration Cheba was seen by some of his old fans who offered him once again to kill himself with a brick wall, to drink a poison etc.
Russian boy couldn't be so smart and that's correct - Cheba lives in mongolia. Unfortunately they also use cyrillic alphabet and language a bit similar to russian so the first strike was on russian boards.
