Voxel Value bandwidth is our full Premium network incoming (Level(3), UUNet (MCI/Verizon Business), Telia, and SAVVIS incoming, as well as our substantial peering), and Cogent + peering outgoing. We peer a substantial amount of traffic directly to your viewer's networks.

In the event of a Cogent failure, we do best-effort routing to make sure you stay online. (For example, during the Level(3)/Cogent dispute, we routed our Value customers directly to Level(3). They had no noticeable impact to their service during that outage.)
