There is no 100% accurate test that has no window of exposure. An Elisa test is the most accurate but has the largest window of exposure. If positive on an Elisa, the Western Blot is used to confirm the positive test. THEN you are set in stone on a positive result. But as far as I know, there is not a test out that is 100% accurate with no window of exposure. Meaning... if you were infected last night, it would detect it today... there is not a test like this yet, as far as I know.

Though AIM claims the PCR-DNA to be the most accurate and fool-proof, but that is rubbish.
