What am I missing here?

You are missing the fact that not all models are as assertive as you may be. Brooke said NO many many times. She tried to accommodate as best she could and was easing the dildo in very slowly while stabilizing herself to try to minimize the impact. Bubba not only pushed her limits way beyond any normal producers comfort level but he also moved Brooke's hands in order to accomplish what HE wanted instead of working within her limits which she compromised for him when she said she would try something that she didn't want to do in the first place.
Brooke did not want to do this and was trying to be professional while on the air. Where the fuck was Bubba's professionalism and why didn't any of the guys in the room step to the plate and stop this?
2:29 into the vid....
Bubba: "Don't cry, you look like you're crying."
No shit Sherlock. Maybe then would have been a good time to back the fuck off?
