After watching the whole video it is apparant that Brooke was extremely uncomfortable with it all. Obviously Melissa did as she provided the strap-on. Give Brooke a big hug for me, and hopefully you can get this worked out lining the pockets of lawyers.

Biggie and Melissa both knew weeks in advance about the Dildo. This is what Biggie told me about why he had us locked out of the shoot:
06/14[16:15] Biggy: i only care about filming rights, i dont want melissa midwest on the top of brookeskyes website in a strap on scene.
He had prior knowlege of this going down but he waited till the last min to tell the Bubba show we could not be in there to film. Never once made an attempt to call us, his people never exchanged contact info before the show as I asked, so I could have called and discussed this.
I am glad I stirred shit up so I could get the video. Without that I would have no evidence for anything.
