The simple facts:
1: Uncircumsized men have no notable problems with staying "clean", as long as they practice decent personal hygiene - something circumsized men should do just as well.
2: Circumcision can prevent certain rare infections and diseases from occurring, however, this advantage is mostly offset by the rare mishaps and post-operation infections that can occur during and after circumcision.
3: While differences in sensitivity are fairly small, there is anecdotal evidence that circumsized men are slightly less sensitive, which leads to a small decrease in premature ejaculations at early ages and a small increase in impotence at later ages.
In short, circumcision without a direct medical indication is a useless operation for aesthetic purposes. Much like giving your infant daughter a nose job or boob implants.
