Because I shoot shitloads of exclusive content including solo girls for some large programs. I know what they are looking for. If I were to run this girl past my top 5 clients, maybe 3 of them would accept her for content and none of my clients would want her for a solo site.
She is cute but she her body makes her average, maybe even a bit below average and average solo girl sites are a dime a dozen. Yes, you could build a solo site with her but would it make enough money to justify spending your time and resources on it? No, it wouldn't.
