If it's for a medical reason, then there will now be a positive impact to having it done.

Maybe it used to have a use... like animals have a sort of foreskin.
But I was dating someone uncircumsizes and honestly if it didnt get washed a few times a day... it smelled pretty bad.
But to comment on the "twinky in a wrapper" thing, its not as if when it gets hard it stays in the foreskin.
