putting underwear on their heads isn't a war crime. it's juvenile behaviour that may have gotten valuable information from the enemy without causing them any real harm. quit trying to be dramatic.

but that's not what these photos are about, are they? these photos ARE about underwear on the head and they show nothing more.
however everytime someone shows this college frat party gone awry they try to claim it's the same as mutilating and torturing people, when that is something much worse than the poor soldiers depicted here deserve to be associated with.
if someone wishes to address that issue then they should be showing pictures of such activities, not attempting to confuse it with these pranks
