If you want to drag it out and make a public case of it, the rest of the footage which I don't have (since I wasn't allowed to shoot) will speak volumes to those involved.
Does anyone else find it strange that Melissa brought a strap-on that she was not willing to use herself? Does anyone one find it strange that we were shut out of the shoot on their request when they brought strap ons?

To be fair, her crying after has nothing to do with what was said. You did accuse Melissa of sexually assaulting Brooke Skye. That is a VERY serious accusation. The only video that matters is whether Melissa sexually assaulted Brooke Skye.
No one should take sides till the video comes out. However, if it doesn't show Melissa sexually assaulting Brooke Skye, I would probably sue if I were them. You would do the same thing if someone accused you of sexually assaulting a model. I've been involved in a couple libel/slander cases and if they can show affiliates who dropped links because of this, it's fairly open and shut.
