Rugby requires all players on the pitch to have all skills, from passing to tackling, to kicking and running. There are no regular breaks, clock stops or personnel changes (a limited number of substitutions are allowed). You have to concentrate the whole entire game, make correct tactical decisions no matter what position you play without a coach dictating to you and be amazingly fit and strong.
It can be hard to understand what is going on if you are not familiar with the rules, but try to watch a team like the New Zealand All Blacks if you can, it is breathtaking!
