That`s exactly what you should have done...you should have still announced the winner and paid up as per your "competition" that you started.
You wasted a couple of hours of my designers time and all the other designers time here because you FAILED to honour the deal.

Because you are a liar and a scammer? SilentKnight is 100% right...thread should remain so if anyone considers doing business with you, they will quickly change their mind after seeing you as a tinpot scammer.
I suggest whenever this nexcom timewaster starts or replies in any threads, people place a little reminder of what a liar and a cheat he is.
