I think that before you go and blame the cops, you should walk a mile in thier shoes. there are way toooo many factors that you DONT know to judge.
Just based on the fact that they are on leave, means that they are going to investigate, and that the cops could be at fault.
Was the sun bather in an area that is for sunbathing? was the cops truck in the area that he should have been? too many questions for all of you keyboard warriors.
