Well, unless I am misreading you, (which is highly possible, as both of us are doing a good job at playing word games) you have already judged me...
A couple of things you may want to know about me (or not)
I always take the high road when it comes to my competition.
EVERY hosting company has had problems at one time or another. One of the things that I have been known to say is "knowing what I know about the internet and how it works, and all the human's involved with running it, I'm amazed that it's as stable as it is"
I have seen good hosting companies trashed time and time again on this board...sometimes deservedly, sometimes not.
I have seen hosting companies come on here and take potshots at other hosting companies when they are having problems.
We recently had a problem with a new UPS...and yes...it caused an outage (in fact, we will be replacing it in about 2-3 days). One of the things about actually owning our own data center is that we don't have anyone to hide behind when there's a problem, and we take care of our customers when something like this happens. We paid out more in credits in that one month than most hosting companies gross in a year
Somehow, that's what I think you were referring to when you stated I had one "BIG FLAW". If I'm wrong...oh well.
Of course, with a board named "Go Fuck Yourself", I wouldn't expect anything less, in fact, I'd be disappointed to see anything otherwise!!! That's half the fun of being here...
