Simply put, she is thinking unknown people have ACCESS to their bank accounts. So the person who wrote that crap doesn't even have basic comprehension skills.
People need to also consider another possible explanation to all of this:
Asia might be just fine financially. She is FREAKING THE FUCK OUT!! She probably has no REAL grasp on reality right now. Jesus Christ people...grow the fuck up.
