CCBill pays the $750 visa fee - sort of
I just logged into our CCBill account and got a pop-up. In part, it says:

To help assist you with your business decisions at this time, CCBill.com has decided to offer our US-Based business clients, who wish to continue to process VISA transactions with CCBill as their IPSP, a $750 credit* on the processing fee % associated with all new sales after November 29, 2002, to help offset the unexpected expense of the Sponsored Merchant Registration fee.

I would suggest reading the fine print but I've got to hand it to CCBill for taking this step. Good job guys!
