My sister has been a vegetarian since she was 5. She's 31 now and quite healthy inside and out.
If the whole word became vegetarian it would be a disaster. We don't have enough good farm land to feed everyone veggies for every meal, meat eaten from hunting would cause an overpopulation in these animals, and what are you going to fertilize your gardens with if not cow and chicken poop?
As I say, if God didn't want me to eat meat, he wouldn't have made it taste so good.
