comments/critiques appreciated, i'm sure there are many photographers can give me some better lighting/staging ideas
I've been to quite a few photography workshops and have been though lot's of critiques by some very good pros. And I've done some B&W printing so I have some experience to draw from. Since you asked for it, I'm going to be on the harsh side, not to be nasty but to give some things to think about.

I like the concept but the execution needs some work. The worst thing for me is the big white blotch from the light above your head. This draws the eye from everything else going on. Second, the left hand wall could be printed a lot better. You probably want to dodge the wall so that the exposure is even and not blown out in the upper left. Third is the angle your holding the camera at makes the things on the shelf look like they're going to fall off. I'd try tilting the camera in the other direction, which would also might get rid of the light.

The most interesting part of the photo is your back in the mirror, but that's also the darkest part of the photo. You might think about reshooting it with the bathroom light off and a lamp on the floor pointing up at your back to light it properly.

Hopefully this will give you some ideas to play with.
