i was a life insurance agent in canada for 7 years. several professional degrees in that line of work.
when I was an agent
all insurance required a full medical questionaire - it was detailed and was for one's whole life - it took 20-30 mins to full out
- anything over $100k in insurance at your age in insurance required a salavia test for aids and other things.
over about $250K required a physical by a nurse in you home and a full medical questionaire that took me 20-30 minuits to fill out - it was DETAILED and went over one's whole life.
over about $500K required a physical by a doctor and a cardio test as well as a full blood tests
the numbers are about cause it was a scale determined by amount, sex, weight, age, and other risk factors.
if you tested positive for cocain in the last 7 years or admitted to it you were uninsurable till you were dry for 7 years- same for herion and meth.
