Of course. People in Africa need help a lot more than she does. People in Africa have nothing. Literally. Of no fault of their own. If you were born in most parts of Africa you would be poor and starving too, and I'd rather help you than a middle class women who spent money on herself before protecting her children. I would consider you heartless for not caring about people just because they are born somewhere far away from you.
