I like that idea.
While you're at it, post the name of the story/novelette that depicted a society where everyone gets euthanised at age 30, and at age 15 ("Half Life"), they go out and hunt for people who are over 30 and living outisde of the law. The person who hunts down the oldest outlaw gets to live to be 31 (I think). The main character finds an old dude but the old dude teaches him to play piano so he doesn't want to chop off the old dude's hand to get his extra year.
The story might have been called "Half Life" and may or may not have been an excerpt from Logan's Run. I asked before, but I don't think the issue was ever settled. Does that soundlike Logan's Run to you?
