If you sent me a message on ICQ, it probably didnt make it to me hence why I didnt respond to it. ICQ is not perfect, but its free, so I have less room to bitch about it.
Send me another card. And actually send it this time. I never belive the 'ole lost in the mail excuse, because its almost always a lie. The post office very rarely loses first class mail. I have had it happen to me just once in my entire life, and I send alot of mail. Its used about as often as the "checks in the mail" lie.
I am always bitching about ePassporte because it seems like you all as a company always seem to have your dicks up my ass somehow. I have not yet gone through a week when my account wasnt in some state of fucked up ness.
And yes, I do hate ePassporte. But as everyone has pointed out time and time again, there is no alternative - yet. So I, along with many others, are stuck with ePassporte until there is. Plus, having just paid to upgrade the acct, and for the card, I dont want to abandon it yet, I havent gotten my money's worth (not that sticking around will ever allow me to do that). When you all have some comeptition, and its coming --- people are working on this, your company will lose half of its customer base within 30 days unless you all pull your heads out of your ass, stop worrying about marketing and worry about fixing your marginal product and, above all, your fucked up, rude, incomptent customer service. And I am willing to bet my left nut and my right arm on the statement about the marketshare issue.
So send me the card that I paid for a month ago and I'll leave you all alone until the next time you decide to bend me over and shove it in.
