well i think its very relevant if you consider accounts that arent being used are having funds seized.. and all of a sudden chargeback rates/scrubs are thru the roof, may be some correlation there.
Why dont you ask your superiors to let us know for sure if they are or arent being used anymore... (cross-sales )
and while your at it , you could let us all know if we have to make a purchase every so often or risk having our funds seized and unhelpfull telephone support people treat us like crap..
better yet , cant we just clone you and put you on all the phone lines too ? and can you also be in charge of account seizures and aquisitions.
