I doubt that Libya has a lower infant mortality rate than Detroit.

According to the CIA World Factbook:

Libya's infant mortality rate is 27.9 deaths/1,000 live births

and the US is 6.69 deaths/1,000 live births

somehow I just can't believe that Detroit would have an infant mortality rate that is over 4 times the national average.
