Check out hotscripts.com. I was looking for something like this a few months ago and they had a few free utilities that did this.
If you are looking for something that lists the actual files in all the folders, I had a custon script written by woj that does that. If you don't find anything, shoot me an e-mail and I will point you in the right direction.
