They charge $10 for a check and 1% for ePassporte but $3 minimum?

The cost of a
wire transfer is $25.00,
webmoney transfer - 4% of the amount,
check transfer - $10.00,
fethard transfer - 1% of the amount,
epassporte transfer - 1% (minimum $3.00) of the amount,
capitalcollect transfer - 3% of the amount.

"You can get a prepayment and/or a payment even if your balance is below $75.00. But in this case you will be deducted 10% from the amount of the payment."

Never heard of a sponsor doing this before.
