I'm coming out there looks like the end of this month to go propriety shopping. Can some of you people, that are out there point me in the right direction as to where the bad areas are to stay away from and maybe which areas are some of the better areas around the Austin to live at.

I'll be spending a week out there looking around but I don't know much about the area. So I'm looking for some tips.
