I havent decided yet. But I am seriously considering it. I have just about had it with the United States and I dont see it getting better anytime soon. Basically, I am looking at my options and in the process of coming up with my Plan B for when I cant take it anymore.

Uruguay is the tax-free zone, isnt it? I have a friend over there, he lives in Buenos Aires. He knows me well and says thats where I should go if I decide to come. He dosent have any details about the area other than its remote. I am specifically intrested in the real estate market there.
