After the financial crisis there several years ago, AR is one of the very best values for vacation or relocation in the world. The US Dollar converts favorably there at the moment (with the way the US is going, the US dollar may soon be more prized for its BTU value than as a currency) and all of my research indicates that AR is a country that is on the verge of an economic upswing and now is the time to get in. I havent decided yet. But I am seriously considering it. I have just about had it with the United States and I dont see it getting better anytime soon. Basically, I am looking at my options and in the process of coming up with my Plan B for when I cant take it anymore.

Uruguay is the tax-free zone, isnt it? I have a friend over there, he lives in Buenos Aires. He knows me well and says thats where I should go if I decide to come. He dosent have any details about the area other than its remote. I am specifically intrested in the real estate market there.
