I have it. DirectPC thru Earthlink. It is better than dialup and if you don't have access to cable or dsl it's a must.
Severe thunderstorms fuck you up and it does have a little lag at first.
On average up/download speed is around 8KB's/150KB's
On off peak hours you can hit 15KB's up and 400KB's down.
And I can relay all my email accts thru my dish connection.
