No Nico... it's got everything to do with it... he's pointing out the fact that this has been an ongoing problem/issue for quite some time.
I'm not answering nor disregarding your issue, but the real deal is NOT whether you like, dislike, voted for, didn't vote for "Bush" it's not all about that. This problem has been building for over 30 years, so place blame on whomever you like.
