You can make custom "snippets" to insert in your project. Like say you use a certain css layout in a lot of your projects you can make a custom snippet and then insert it in your docs. Here's the overview for it. Or you can make a custom template with the css in it and the whole document ready to go.
If you're heavy into coding, like me, and don't like the whole what you see is what you get environment (like frontpage/dreamweaver) you'll love this thing. I paid the $40 for it and to tell the truth I would have paid much more.
