Now that I agree on. I used to have the full movie packages, and shut them off to the minimum you can go and still have digital cable with the recorder built in.
But my connection is good as it can be. Had a problem last month and took about 3 days to get it straightened out. They actually called and checked up on how it was doing. It was a piece of equipment in our local area going out. I get 10,000 down and 900 up. Cant beat that.
