Yeah, kicking back at home with digital surround sound, a 60 inch screen, some freshly made tiramisu and watching "La Dolce Vita" with grappa and brie.... seems to beat the fuck out of watching a movie in a crowded theatre holding a plastic cup containing overcarbonated drinks and heavily buttered popcorn.
At least at home you can pause the DVD and discuss Mastroiani's acting and the impact of Socialist politics and French left bank existential philosophy on Fellini.
