i'm just like you, i´m 1,88 70kg, skinny as fuck.
and i do eat a lot, a nice step to get some weight is working out, doctors recommendation.
not eating much, eating right, i do my schedule like this:
7:30 breakfast (yogurt, bread, cheese)
9:00 quick lunch (some junk food)
12:00 lunch (high carbo food)
15:00 quick lunch (more junk food)
18:30 a nice cofee break (like breakfast)
20:00 dinner (healthy shit)
and i go along with sandwiches till sleep.
that made me win 20kg, i has 50kg heh
