Wait tells he has to deal with the school systems and autistic children. No school will ever say " yes this child is autistic... " .. each kid is a little different in the forms of autisim... we have one that is the freakin poster child of austisim but the school does not want to provide the proper facilities for this child so they got there psych reports to say he wasnt autistic..
now state lawyers are invovled n crap
such a head ache but very rewarding
