When you go bust (bankrupt), the "rich" goes out the window - so do all your finance contacts and bank facilities. Trying to be rich again after a bankruptcy is damned hard - ya need to play games to still earn.
True what you say tho - the "penalty" is loaded on those who are not "rich".
