No they didn't make them look that good - the episode was about an aparent trend where NY firemen leave their wives to marry the rich widows. Not all the widows got settlements - the insurance companies did as good a job there as they did for the Katrina victims - and this caused a division between the rich widows and the widows scrambling to make ends meet.
I'm not saying that this is right or wrong, only that Coulter is not the only one to have that opinion.
