hmmmm..... I've lived in AZ, CA, and FL, and I would have to say that it's close, but I think that Florida takes the cake.
Then again, If you prefer blondes, then AZ might edge ahead, brunettes and exotic girls definitely FL....
CA has beautiful girls, but their attitudes are so crappy (in general), that it takes something away...
