Really so I can put a pound of fat on a scale and a pound of muscle at the muscle will weigh more?
Yeah yeah I know muscle is more dense than fat and thus on a volume basis it weighs more. I am just sick of that damn saying.
Now what if your body consumes say 5k a day in caloric intake. That is stuff that is just burnt up in daily usage. How does one break over that and put on muscle weight when none is going to either fat nor muscle production.
