Not personally sure what Xloggers issues are or reasons for wanting to gain weight. I just know personally that just eating more does not really cut it.
I personally need a very high calorie intake and not just empty calories either but healthy ones so to speak. Basicly I can not just eat 4 big macs and call it a day despite taking in 10k of calories or whatever they are combined.
The required intake combined with needing high levels of iron and such and the simple fact of eating X amount of calories of healthy food is just so damn hard. It translates into a boatload of food and meals per day.
