First allow myself to admit that I only skimmed the e-mails and some responses.
From what I gathered it appears to be that someone contacted a model, received a standard model reply who happened to see the words "contract & exclusive" and got slightly cranky as they all do.
Then all hell broke loose as both parties started to compare their cyber dildo size to each other.

Now honestly I understand where you are coming from. You want to avoid issues with exclusivity and also have a contract that typically is worth its weight in shit, cool. You also want to alert them of this early on to avoid hassles latter and to screen out the uninterested parties. However you just may want to screen a little more before you drop those words. Look over their sites or profiles, exchange some emails to judge the percentage of psycho this model will be compared to others. You know what I mean, do a little leg work.
